I fell in love with this amazing horse when I was visiting the last year’s colts in the next pen over. Copper was a coming 2yr old & had the look on his face saying “would you please come say hi to me?” Sorrel is probably the most common color there is, but, I thought to myself, “even if no one wants him because he isn’t fancy, he is one we could have for children in the future”. We asked him to do a couple of ground work maneuvers & again his willingness shown through. He was quiet & thought about what was asked of him rather than becoming tense. We bought him along with 4 babies & have never regretted it!
